Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 April 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased on the Hemyoga website at hemyoga.com.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, and receive a full refund.

To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at hello@hemyoga.com with your name, order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to subscriber content until that date, and no further payment will be taken. We do not provide partial-month refunds except within the 14-day cooling-off period described above.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Unless you are within the 14-day cooling-off period, no refund is provided for the unused portion of the annual term. You will retain access to subscriber content until the end of the annual period for which you have paid.

Technical Issues

If you have experienced a technical fault that has prevented you from accessing subscriber content, please contact us at hello@hemyoga.com. We will investigate and, where a fault on our side is confirmed, offer an appropriate remedy — which may include a partial or full refund, or an extension to your subscription period.
